Your rate of progress (and results) depends largely on how quickly we can help you integrate each of the program components into your life. Obviously, the better you can follow the program we put together for you, the faster you will see the results you’re looking for.
Overall, the majority of our clients generally feel better and have a LOT more energy within the first couple weeks, and will lose 5-7lbs. in the first month. Typically you will lose anywhere from 4-12% body fat after about three to four months time.
How Long Does Each Workout Last?
